Members must be at least 16 years of age to work out
independently in the complex. For safety, persons under
16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
For safety, no young children are allowed at any time.
2. Bethel University student are allowed in the complex:
Monday - Friday
9
am - 11:45 am
1 pm - 4:00 pm
6 pm - 8 pm
Saturday
9 am - 3 pm
3. Bethel University athletic teams must be
accompanied by a coach at all times.
4. With all exercises, please maintain control of your
weights at all times.
5. Return all free weights to their correct weight racks.
6. A spotter must be used at all free-weight lifting.
7. 20 minute machine maximum on cardiovascular machines.
(If there's no one waiting on the cardio unit, after
20 minutes, you may begin another 20-minute program)
8. Please wipe down your exercise equipment
after use.
9. Report any injuries immedidately to staff
or Bethel University Security.
10. Wear appropriate shirts, shorts or pants
and closed toe/heel shoes.
11. Work hard and have fun.
